		<description>Hero does not justify this solution.  It was NIGHT and DAY the difference was instantaneous.  The command that made the difference was: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled  

I have seen improvments on the Vista OS &amp; W7.  Funny thing/comment is: We only experianced this problem on 1 of the dozens of servers we have in our environment.  I wonder if there is something also I need to play with on the server itself.  (most of the builds are similar) Its a W2003 server.</description>

i&#039;ve searched everywhere on the net to get this sorted and it came to a point where i replaced all the network equipment that could possibly slow this down and i still had 12mb/s down from my server and 50mb/s up to my server.
